Frequently Asked Questions

  •  How long will it take to get my income tax refund after electronically filing?

    • You should receive both your federal and state income tax refunds within about three weeks.

  •  What should I do if I DON'T receive my income tax refund within three weeks?

    •  Please call our office and we will research the reason for the delay. We will then return your call and verify the status of your income tax refund.

  •  How long will it take to get my income tax refund if I send my tax return through the US mail?

    •  This will take six to ten weeks. Occasionally processing times are longer or shorter depending on the work loads at the Internal Revenue Service and your state income tax department.

  •  I have computed my taxes myself. Will you file my return electronically for me?

    •  No.  We only electronically file tax returns that we have also prepared.
